SIRA describes OTT005 as case coordination services for catastrophic injuries and medically intensive matters. It covers case management for workers with catastrophic injuries or workers requiring monitoring while medically intensive.

Catastrophic injury is defined in part 9.1 of the NSW Workers Compensation Guidelines. Referral suitability, scope and funding should be confirmed with the insurer managing the claim.
